Browse our collections and select the piece you'd like to personalize. On the product page, enter your customization details (such as your name, initials, date, or message), choose any available options, and add your item to your cart.
Before completing your purchase, please review your personalization carefully, as each piece is custom-made specifically for you and double check your spelling as orders with misspelling will not be able to be refunded.
Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. Our team will then begin crafting your jewelry with care and precision before it's shipped to you. Please allow up to 4 weeks for all personalized name pieces to arrive as they are handmade and made-to-order.
Jewelry that is not customized ship based on your order's shipping time selection upon ordering.
If you have any questions before ordering or need help creating a custom design, we're always happy to assist.
Because each piece is made to order, we begin processing your order shortly after it is placed (within 24 hours after order is placed).
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible by going to our "contact us" section for a quicker response. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if production has not yet begun.
Once your order has entered production, we may no longer be able to modify personalization details, materials, finishes, chain lengths, or shipping information.
If you notice an error in your order, we recommend reaching out immediately so we can assist you before production starts.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests can only be accommodated if production has not yet begun.
Once your order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled, as materials have been allocated and your personalized piece is already being crafted specifically for you.
